Overview: Ten Ren Tea is one of the largest bubble tea chains in the world, though perhaps because of its size and the sheer number of customers, it has sacrificed the quality of not only the drink itself but the utensils as well. The concentration of the tea in the boba milk tea overpowers every other aspect of the drink.

Quality of the Pearl: 31.2/40
Chewiness: 7.5/10 - The pearl is very chewy, requiring around three to four chews to fully digest in the mouth.
Hard/softness: 8.4/10 - The pearls are almost just right, if only slightly too hard.
Relative size: 1.6/2.5 - The pearl is too small.
Amount of Pearl (relative to Volume of Drink): 1.9/2.5 - There is too little pearl in the drink.
Lumpiness: 5/5 - There were no lumps of pearls that made a jam in the straw, which resulted in full points.
Taste (or sweetness level): 2.3/5 - The pearl's aftertaste and taste are almost non-existent, overpowered, perhaps, by the strength of the tea.
Spherical quality and perfection (of pearl): 4.5/5 - The pearls are smaller than normal, and so therefore they keep their shape when chewed multiple times. Consistent throughout the drink.

Delivery Speed: 2/5 - The delivery speed was extremely slow, costing over ten minutes of time, with seven customers in front.
Quality of Store: 3/5 - The quality of the store was quite well-kept and orderly, with a medium-large space in the middle of a high-end mall.
Quality of Service: 3.3/5 - The waiter was friendly and professional, with extra points given due to extra effort in speaking in a foreign language to accommodate a customer.
Quality of Utensils: 2/5 - The utensils used were substandard. The straw covering was paper and ripped because it was wet. The straw did not enter the drink cleanly but rather sliced too large of a hole (the wrapping was not made of high-quality material). The cup is low-quality. No bag was ordered.
